My hottie seemed to be leaking antifreeze on Saturday, so I'll be taking it to Ramon tomorrow, most likely.
Hope it's a simple fix, Patty. I'd like to know the outcome, as I may be facing the same issue, since we both have about the same miles on our NSX's.
Any news, Patty?

I forgot to post here. Yes, I took the car to Ramon and he thoroughly checked it out. I was wrong. It WAS a/c condensation. Right where I saw the drips is where the rubber hose for condensation drips. Good! The coolant overflow also has fluid up to the max line. I could see it once he pointed it out. That white plastic is pretty opaque.

Good news! I kind of thought that it was A/C condensation. Glad it was nothing more.

Cars and Coffee to start the day, Saturday. Then breakfast at Pacific Whey with car buddies, on Pacific Coast Highway. NSX is all shiny and ready to go.

In the afternoon, I'll drive to the annual ElliptiGO Rally in Solana Beach, CA (San Diego). I think I'll enjoy it more this year since I was a newbie last year and almost ran my tongue over and popped my riding up the Torrey Pine grade. There's a post ride reception with food. The company is run by two great guys and very nice employees who are delightful to be around. I expect ElliptiGO owners will be more friendly than last year since many of us have gotten to know each other a little bit on the Facebook ElliptiGO Group I started 10 months ago. We currently have 100 members.

At the dealer waiting on service. Ended up doing the two-year check which includes all fluid changes, etc. And emissions for the registration renewal. I know some peeps don't like the dealer, but mine does well by me, not charging for inspections or cleaning. Will have a pretty big bill for this service, though. The +1 is off to his crazy Tough Mudder competition. Possible severe weather this afternoon, so could be interesting!

Had a really fun day.

^After Cars and Coffee, went to breakfast with these guys (and Tom R. and Kent).

^Then came home, got the Crosstour and headed to the ElliptiGO Rally.

^That is one loaded down PT Cruiser.

^The guy far left is one of the owners/designers Bryan Pate, with three of his employees. The two on the right are a married couple who both work there. Tomorrow is their wedding anniversary but they are working the weekend on the Rally. Tomorrow is timed trials on Fiesta Island in San Diego. Since they got married in Hawaii, they were presented with the leis, drinks and the skirt. Both of the ElliptiGO owners, and the married couple did the Mount Palomar climb earlier in the day.

^Early this morning 44 people, including 10 women, rode their ElliptiGOs up Mount Palomar Road. They climbed 4,200 feet in 11.69 miles! The quickest did it in 1:10:49 and the slowest was 3:10:58. It's a sports car destination road, too, and I've driven my S2000 and NSX, in group drives to the top.

Wow...that's impressive! Looks like a fun day. The +1 survived Tough Mudder in one piece, with just scrapes to his knees, since they spent so much time crawling through mud (which had rocks in it in places). He said he had a blast, though. One of the guys isn't doing it again. Not sure about the rest. They had big storms (as we did) right in the middle, but since they were wet anyway, I guess it wasn't so bad. A couple of the obstacles were closed, however, due to fear of lightning strikes on the water.

He had scrapes on his elbows, too. Lots of hydrogen peroxide. They ended up cancelling the competition for today due to the messy conditions up there. It's a farm and apparently one big muddy mess everywhere, not just on the course.

This weekend is Springsteen Fri night. Then the +1 is running a half marathon on Sun.
