It's just level with us now but it's gone to the West. It's cleanup day. I have a bunch of branches that squashed my banana plants. That will take them awhile to recover,

Looking forward to a three day weekend. No big plans, but it always seems we need to play catch up around the house/yard.

This weekend the 8-10 foot hedges (on three sides of the yard) are in need of a haircut. We do some of the work (I'm the raking girl) and bring someone in to do the high spots, and to top them off.

We are having a few friends over for a surf and turf dinner on Saturday. Hopefully, we'll find some time to goof off in the S too. How is it Labor Day weekend already?????
