Our flash dance was rescheduled due to rain on Friday. Turn out was less than hoped, but it was a LOT of fun. My first dance recital.

I'm on the right, towards the front...

Thanks, Dave. It's a great group of Zumba ladies I'm hanging out with, and we have a stray guy now and then too. Not sure if they are into the exercise or just want to watch a bunch of women move around. You like to dance, maybe you should try it with Donna.

White was an option too. It would go with your hair.

This weekend's activities include a road trip to ME. A few of my local cousins, cousins from NC, sister from ME as well as local siblings and Mom will be there.

There will be a New England style clam boil served, which I can take or leave. Rick and I will leave it and bring something to toss on the grill, or eat lunch on the road. Hoping for good weather. My cousin has a second home on a pond/lake in ME and that's where the party is.

To be honest I didn't have a ton of interest in going, but since none of us are getting any younger, it seemed like the thing to do. It will be nice to spend some time together at a social event, not someone's funeral. We've lost a two cousins already, one just last year at the age of 58.

Well, the +1 and kids are off to the wilds of NJ, so I'm on my own for awhile.

This weekend, it's 'all MG'. Saturday is an all MG car show event, biggest in the state, with a minimum of 200 and then Sunday is a vintage car race which, just happens to be, the focus national event for the MG Vintage Racers group. Both events are in the Grand Rapids area. The weekend weather is forecasted at high of 70s and dry - - can it get any better; I don't think so. Beats Zumba.
