Weekend flew by. Kids yesterday, than the issue with Mom last night. Today we managed some time for ourselves and headed to a cute quaint town in RI. Had lunch on the deck of a a restaurant overlooking the water, however it was sooooooooo hot, I almost headed indoor to the AC. I was melting. Took a few 
and enjoyed what was left of the weekend.
Not much scheduled next weekend, the following one we are leaving for a few days in NY.

It was hot this weekend.We golfed yesterday afternoon.
I felt like a crayon left out on the pavement in the sun.

Post Running-of-the-bulls-NOLA-style pic. Sandy (the cute redhead, second from left) poses with three of the "bulls", a member of the regular Elvis contingent (there were a dozen or so all on blinged out motorized stand-up scooters), and friends. The young lady to Elvis' right and her husband have a condo in one of the oldest buildings in New Orleans, about half a block from Jackson Square. They put on a wonderful lunch for the group after we recovered from the run, a recovery that was aided by the consumption of additional bloody mary's. Hey, us athelete types have to stay hydrated.

One more quiet one. I really need to do some puttering around the house. Next weekend we are planning to be in the Finger Lakes region of NY, the weekend after that we are having quite a few guests over for a cookout. Summer weekends just fly by!

Got released from Home Care/Physical Therapy today so on to outpatient PT. I can go out now so Happy Hours and a nice ride (wife driving) are on the agenda this weekend. I feel like I just got out of jail.
