I like this color. I haven't driven one yet.

Hope I like the car.

Very cool car, flts! I have seen you post that color before. As much as I like blue cars, that color isn't the top of my shades of blue list. I look forward to hearing how you like it and if you bought it or not.

It has rained most of the weekend. Nothing much to do but work indoors. :bang head:

We are back home after attending the Fall Crawl. Overall a fun weekend even though the weather did not cooperate, including most of the way home. We ran into some fairly heavy rain in MA, and PA, then it rained pretty much the rest of the way home via the "scenic route" (avoiding I-95, and coming down though PA via Harrisburg, Gettysburg and then south on US RT 15). Logged a total of 1005.6 miles on the new RE-11's (I will post in the thread that I started about "sneakers") but I give them so far.

I think we are taking the grandchildren here on Saturday:

Since I have a poor sense of direction, we could be stuck in that maze all day. I should pack a few snacks.

We are having a spectacular run of days, for a change - 70s and sunny. This weekend is a long one. Not leaving town but will be doing a lot of walking (to the market, to the movies in Georgetown, etc). The +1 wants to have lunch on Fri, so checking out the possibilities for that. Ordered a medical alert for my mom, so if it arrives by the end of the week, will install it at her house.

Busy weekend coming up. Lunch and a reception at the Rice Museum in Georgetown and then a neighborhood party for dinner. They've had a huge staff of gardeners, flowers arriving by the truckload and saws, hammering and banging all week. Don't know how I'll trump that when I plan my reciprocal event. Perhaps I shall settle for a pig roast on the lawn or something along that line with haybales and banjo strumming.

Off to the Scottish Highland Games this weekend. Hopefully the weather will be nice, so I can show off my legs and my new tats.

I am planning to go to THIS to help out my new soon to be neighbor fly his 1/5th scale F-16 RC air plane that flies at about 170 MPH.

I'm going to fly to Sacramento on Saturday to hang out with my baby girl for a couple nights and meet her new kitty.
