I'm hoping for some nice weather and may take the S out for her 2011 maiden drive.

I am also heading to that super-secret gathering of a bunch of ole farts (who drive those funny little sports cars) in SE Ohio, but on the way, making a 300 mile detour to Greensboro, NC, to see my grand-son on his 12th birthday.

What does gator tail taste like? and don't say chicken!

Warm weather has finally arrived and I'm taking my Honda (R-12X) to the lake for the first time this year. Just filled it with gas and started it up for the first time since last October. Just about 3 seconds of turning over and it fired right up, ready to go. Gotta love Honda.

OK I won't say chicken....

But think of a chewy chicken mcnugget or breaded octopus. It's white meat, very good tasting, just a little chewy.
