I guess I'm buying at least one tire for the DD
I hit a pothole hard two Friday's ago.
I checked the front but today I noticed the rear tire.

The gardening is 95% done. Phew! I'm expecting to feel a few muscles I haven't felt in a while tomorrow AM.

Off in the S to have dinner with some friends. Puttering around the house tomorrow, cookout later in the afternoon.

Somewhere along the line I have to trust what I see on weather.com as to the weather in NY next weekend. Gotta start takings some clothes out, and start packing.

Lainey, we probably spend similiar holidays. It was a great top-down night last night, so we went for a drive and had dinner in a small town out in the country - to our surprise this old hotel had a really great pizza! And, not only that, they poured the best doubles. Tonight we had lobster tails but believe it or not as good as the cold left over pizza we had for lunch......it was better. We got almost 98% of the yard work done; just got'a try out the new edger if it doesn't rain tomorrow and change a headlight on the truck. Typical Memorial Day weekend for us... even got the boat motor all set with fresh oil, filter, and lube for an upcoming week of fishing. We almost always have done more work than play over this weekend but make up for it in the weekends to come.

I think you are right, Dave. Gotta get the bulk of the chores done so we can enjoy summer weekends.

Just got home from dinner and a top down drive. I drove home. I think it's the first time I drove the S this season. Always a good feeling.

Way to go, Lainey! Yesterday on the interstate I actually saw a Harley being piloted by a woman with the guy sitting behind her. In fact they passed me. Hardly ever see that.

F1 and Indy on the list and maybe the 600 if there is nothing else to do !! But the big one is getting ready for the delivery of the new old Bugeye Sprite scheduled as soon as we return from SF 2015.
Did I miss a story here.... if so, I would like to hear it.

There is a picture on the S2KCA Facebook page :-)
You didn't miss anything as this was the first mention of the Bugeye !! Having owned numerous Brit cars the bug :-) was still there so decided to itch it found a company in Conn who refurbish them. Ours is the 149th they have done a 1960 Red with a 1275cc motor and front discs upgrades.

I did stuff around the house this weekend, went grocery shopping early sat. morning to beat the crowds. When I got home I washed the s twice and applied a nice coat of wax and did the front and rear light covers also. Sunday I went grocery shopping again early, cleaned my house and went through all my clothes and filled up a coupler of bags for donations. Today I'm at work resting!
