Friday I'm off to a ping-pong beer fest. A fellow worker started this Good Friday tradition almost 30 years ago. Now the beer consumed is counted in bottles rather than barrels.
Good luck with that, Dave. He lived with you a while back, yes? Well at least if he quits smoking, he'll save $ faster.

This weekend? Shoveling snow. Supposed to be 65* tomorrow and then a few inches of snow Saturday and Sunday.

Thanks Lainey. He only lasted a couple months the last time but he had lots of issues to deal with then. We are on 100% better terms now and he's bounced back to accept where he's at now; so it may work out ok. TBD.

Taxes are done. I mailed in the refund returns this morning. Should have sent them in a week ago. Still need to send in my fed on the 15th since I owe as usual.

This coming weekend I plan to spend with well over 100 friends at the Dragon. In fact, we are already at Fontana. Mary is sleeping while I am watching Jimmy Fallon while typing this. I'm so happy to be here that that it nearly makes me teary. I've had a rough two months.

We are REALLY going to miss Scooterboy and Patty down here. Best he rests up and gets himself healthy, though. We'll be missing Slowride (Jeff and Faith) and lots of others too.

This weekend is peak cherry blossom weekend here, so I plan to walk down to see them.

I'll be getting the snowmobile prepped for its hibernation and putting it back in the shed before the snow melts. The snowpile in front of the garage is gone so maybe I will be able to fire up the S and pull her out from her slumber. I haven't run it since November.

Snow tires come off the cars.

Start patching and painting drywall where the roof leaked from the ice dams this winter.

I pick up +1 Chris at the Durango Airport after lunchtime today. We are entertaining friends from Boulder this weekend. The weather has been great here for the last couple of weeks; 60s - 70s in the daytime, 20s - 30s at night. It's paradise!

MotoGP this weekend from Austin Texas. I'll be spending some quality time on the couch too.
