It is so cold here that I'm not inspired to go out. Looks like we will finally be at our normal high (48) on Sun, briefly. Meeting tomorrow with the agent for my mother's house to wrap up the paperwork and set a price. "Coming soon" sign goes up this weekend and the real one in about 10 days. Sun have to go over there and bring back the few things still in the rec room. Exciting...

We will be hiding from the cold tonight too! 14 degrees after the sun goes down is a good reason to stay home when one doesn't care for the cold. It will warm up tomorrow, and that will feel better though rain coming in will certainly cause flooding issues. Maybe we can think of something fun to do if weather isn't too bad tomorrow night.

Good luck with the final paperwork on getting the house on the market, Deb.

I have to get motivated to take the snow blower to the top of the driveway and fight with a snowbank so we can see when we try and leave the driveway.
After that I'll climb the ladder yet again to bust up some of the huge ice dams I have.
I need to design a house that will shake like a wet dog to get rid of the snow on the roof.

Staying in another weekend, spent two hours last night getting sled ready loaded it on the trailer couldn't get pin lined up took sled off flipped trailer on its side saw that where the tongue attaches to the bottom of the body is rotted out and shot so another weekend I wont be riding. Looks like snow tonight ending in a.m. tom. then warming up then deep freeze sunday night so I'll be working tomorrow. I'm going to run errands today and then just relax tnight with a few I'm starting to turn into Jack Nicholson from The Shining.

Looking for the positive here. I used to ski a lot. I still have a bunch of cold weather gear.
I also have a propensity for the sublime if not extreme, so it's gore tex, polartec, polypropylene and other good stuff.
The secret to staying warm in really cold weather is keeping dry and with all those goodies at least I stay warm when I'm out there for 5 hours in 10° weather.
Although today we've warmed up to almost freezing...

I saw The Theory of Everything and then theater hopped over to see American Sniper. Both were good movies. The Theory... was my favorite of the two.
