I'm hiding, this is one of the busiest weeks of the year for my little part of the world. I heard this morning that the mountain sold 11k lift tickets for today and then there are also the season ticket holders. Showtime is free this weekend so I'm catching up on shameless, ray Donovan and nurse Jackie.

I spotted a new Acura NSX today. Dark red with tan interior. Absolutely awesome looking and the sound was bad ass.

I was supposed to be in Denver, Niwot and Colorado Springs this weekend (Feb 17th to 21st) but the wind and rain predicted in California got Southwest to cancel most flights. It's been drizzling off and on. I rebooked my trip to see my son and sister in March and saved $80. I expected Denver weather to possibly cancel a flight but not California weather to do it.

I was out yesterday and today in the S with the top down. I put on about 200 miles.

Headed home from Phoenix. Sun finally came out yesterday evening. We were slammed Sat and Sun with the SoCal storm from Fri. They've never had rain like it. The +1 ran his race in a driving rainstorm. Worst part was all the standing water which soaked his feet immediately. But he persevered and can log it as a big adventure. I had not been here in 15 years and he hadn't ever been. So all in all it was a great trip.
