Picked up the seats with no problems. They look even better in person. They have been sitting in his basement for some time, so I need to clean up the cobwebs, etc. before I install them. New problem: now the seat belts look $hitty by comparison, so need to find a good used pair of them. (New ones are $269 each)

Brown chicken, brown cow.

Ran another half marathon race today followed by errands and then the yards. Tired now. Dinner, drinks and recorded show for an exciting Saturday night.

Went to Artomobilia in Carmel, Indiana yesterday. Great show. Lots of top-end exotics, but also 10 NSX's, including Graham Rahal's 2017 NSX. Good to see one in person.

Oh, there was an S2000 as well!

First time, but I'm definitely going back next year.

We may go to Northern Ohio Amish country and look at furniture. We were there a week ago but we needed to do some more measuring before we purchase.
Hope for you, there are no fried okras,up there.
No okra Emil but plenty of furniture for us to spend our money on.

Sorry, Emil, forgot!

Passenger's seat:

Driver's seat:

What looks like two dimples on the driver's seat are just shadows.

I have bought two seat belts from the same guy and Hardtopguy is going to install them at the Spring Dragon next year, since it involves taking apart the roll hoops, and I saw what that was involved when he replaced my top! There is nothing wrong with the existing seat belts, they are just faded and look crappy when compared to the new seats!

Nice...

The +1 heads back up to NJ on Fri to put his daughter on a plane home from Grandma's. Back Sat. Then Sun he's playing golf and we'll probably have dinner out somewhere. I'll be at the pool some this weekend. Did not go much this summer. Mon (Labor Day) we are going to our last Nats game of the season.

Looks good, Gene.

Labor Day Weekend makes me sad....never have liked it, but will make the best of it.

The Y is closed for annual maintenance, so I'll head out for AM walks in the AM. I need to do some shopping for clothing for our upcoming vacation to the Outer Banks. We have a clam boil to attend on Sunday. We are not a fan of clams, but we eat the other stuff and will enjoy the company of those attending.

Watching weather to see if it impacts our plans.
