Went kayaking at Caesar Creek State Park.. Paddled up the feeder streams!

With Jackson on your legs....

It looks like a great outing. From the photos I can't determine the gender of your dog.

gary
Male.... someone had cut his balls off before we rescued him!

(it was done by a vet!)

It is NOT what I am doing this weekend that matters much. It is what I am doing on Tuesday, 18 August that does.

As some of you know, since I lost my job in 2011 and took an early retirement I have been driving limousines to support my S2000 meet habit. Since then, I have NOT had to dip into our nest egg or Social Security to attend meets, but fund them with my limo money. I have not done an ATM withdrawal since April of 2011.

With that stated: As many of you know, I am NOT a morning person. But, on days like tomorrow, I will wake up and get my A$$ out of bed to help bury people like this:

Over the last few years, I have driven for several funerals to Repatriate the bodies of those that gave the supreme sacrifice for the freedoms that we enjoy today. Waking up at O'dark thirty to drive the family and friends of these fallen hero's is the least that I can do to help honor them.

Hoping to get out to a couple more plant nurseries to shop for some privacy trees this weekend. Went to a couple yesterday and found some possiblities. Our next door neighbor cut down all the trees/vines, etc. that separate our property so our view needs improvement and we'd like more privacy.

We are headed to the farmers market shortly. Walk there Sat AM as a routine. It's about a mile away. Then having breakfast near the market. Quiet weekend for the most part.

Where? I'm going to the Grand Lake area next Friday for five nights in a rental cabin on a lake.
