It's what insurance defines as an act of God.

It's what my insurance company calls "covered under Comprehensive."

A little more than a few applications of RainX I think.

I sent the pic to a guy who works for the agency from whom we purchase our auto insurance. I asked him to make sure we aren't cancelled. This was the second windshield in less than a week. Rick just noticed an issue with the Subaru and that was just replaced. Hope things don't come in threes or the Jeep will be next.

We have full coverage on glass.

Had something hit the Genesis Coupe windshield a while back.... sounded like a shotgun had gone off inside the car....

Can't imagine the sound when that hit!

Wow, that is scary. Anymore of an impact could have been tragic. So glad no one was injured. Someone was watching over you.

Heading to SE Ohio to spend some time with a few close internet car friends. Then, it's off to S2K Days at Cumberland Falls, KY, via Buckley, WV and the Back of the Dragon near Marion, VA.

Meanwhile, about 90,000 music fans are descending on nearby Dover International Speedway for the 4-day Firefly Music Festival, headlined by Paul McCartney. A good time to be elsewhere! I made the mistake of going to Lowes this afternoon, and the traffic was already in gridlock with the early arrivals.
