Hmmmm...I haven't really thought too much about this yet.

1. Try to find a way to relieve my mother's ongoing serious back pain problem. Hypnosis and the new drug Prialt are latest plans.

2. Have some fun trips and meets - already have a trip to FL in Feb, to CA/AZ in Mar (for the big Escondido meet and to visit bro and cousins), and Spring Fling in April.

3. Keep Vintage plugging along and gain some new members.

4. Date someone for more than six weeks (maybe - )

Hello to all. I think for 2005, I would like to:
1. Enjoy each day. Stop planning and just live the day.
2. Quit worrying.
3. Harden up my bod!
4. Enjoy the last year of my 30's! (Ladies in your 40+ years... Tell me 40's are better than 30's. I loved my 30's, hated my 20's and afraid of my 40's).
5. Well... I guess #4 just negated #2!

I highly recommend Weight Watchers. I'm a Life Time Member (as are my husband and son) and we all go in once a month to weigh in. If I'm within 2 lbs. of my original goal weight, I don't pay. If I'm over 2 lbs. above it, I pay for that month which is about $9. Their program is like getting money every day and you decide how to spend it, only it's food points that you spend. Every food is worth so many points and you spend them on the food YOU want, how YOU choose. Worked for me, my husband and my 16 year-old son. It's cheap too.

Here's my son before and after:

That's great Patty! I'm glad it worked out for you and your family. I think the key is being a LIFETIME member a lot of people go on diets, lose weight, go off the diet and return to their previous eating habbits and then put the weight back on.
My problem has been lack of excercising I need to get out and start hiking and mountain biking again.
