Friday night! Going to do a bit of office work tonight and tomorrow morning, then spend Saturday doing some more clean-up around the property. Sunday is more office work from 2pm, until 7am Monday, when I'll lie in bed for a couple of hours listening to the neighbor's house being moved offsite before getting up and spending the day feeling like I'm on drugs.

Well, it is Memorial weekend with not much going on. We were scheduled to attend a Nats game Memorial Day. Getting a refund for those tix. Three more games scheduled to attend in July and Sept, but not looking good there, either. There are events cancelled all over and Arlington Cemetery is still closed, so no visiting gravesites. And the flag placing did not take place. Sad.

I didn't know that they closed the cemetary. I don't understand why they won't let people visit gravesites it's not like people would be on top of each other?

Well, as it turns out they now can. Not sure when the policy changed. Family members can visit between 8 and 5. I have a special pass to allow me to drive onto the grounds to my parents' gravesite. So now that I know that, I will probably go soon. Still closed to the public.

Glad to hear they did that. That is what Memorial Day is about and I don't see a lot of risk caused by people visiting graves they are not going to be on top of each other.

There will be a televised ring ceremony for the Nats to get their World Series rings on Sun evening.
