I remember Puch mopeds from when I was a teenager. I always loved stuff like that, my Dad's boss had two mopeds one was a velosolex which had the engine mounted over the front tire it was good for about 20 miles an hour the other was a motobecane mobylette 50 cc that was a real hot rod good for 30 m.p.h.! It was a lot of fun for a 14 year old kid. We would occasionally stay overnight at the house and after the gate the road was private and it was about a half mile or so loop so I would do lap after lap lots of good memories. Lainey would be familiar with the area it's Converse Point.

Sears sold all manners of two wheeled vehicles. I have several old catalogs that show them. The vespa' they sold were the previous years model from Vespa. So my '57 Allstate was really a '56 Vespa. It gets confusing at times!

There was a time when Sears sold houses. They were delivered in kit form to your local railroad freight depot.

ponder this for a moment.
the only difference between Sears and Amazon is about 100 years.

It was fun to watch golf on TV again.
players carrying their own bags, no caddies, no 5 minutes in hte notes booklet.
pull out the range finder. pull out a club, hit the ball.
go find the ball.
rinse wash repeat.
I could get use to this.

Most of the people that owned them knew what they have. My late wife and I looked to buy one of them years ago but it wasn't in great shape and the owner wanted way too much for the condition.
