I suspect the noun you were after was "pedant" but maybe I'm just being, uh, pedantic.
UNLESS...you are actually a collective known as The Pedantic, in which case I'll allow it.
I reeeally need to get some sleep...

Sorry for the delay in pics of the vege beds, I've been a little busy doing, well, everything.
Ended up having to make do with whatever I had on hand once the lockdown was imposed so they're more rugged than stylish but I made them strong enough to hold about 170 gallons of water-logged soil in case they flood. Each bed is 4ft x 4ft, with a 5/8in marine plywood base being 2ft off the ground, while the sides are 18in high. I made them this height so the rabbits around here couldn't jump in. Posts are 4x4s, joists are 2x4s, boards are 6x1s, all H4 treated, while the beds are lined with polythene (which I still need to trim down some more) to stop chemicals leaching into the soil.
(I also spent a couple of days emptying out and cleaning the office in the background over the Easter break so my children could use it as a music room.)

Nice work. Should pay off with some tasty fresh veggies.

Thanks, they're certainly growing well. I'm trying to upload a pic of the veges in one bed for scale but having issues. Forgot to mention, there's also a small layer of gravel at the bottom of each bed and a hose sticking out at the lowest corner to stop them just filling up with water over time.

French drain, sort of. Good idea. I planted several rosemary plants in a big earthenware pot late last summer. The nursery said they did not like "wet feet" so I filled the planter with topsoil over a couple inches of pea gravel over three or four inches of crushed rock. The planter has a large drain hole in the bottom and sits on a bed of crushed rock about a foot deep. The rosemary is thriving after about 8 months so I guess it was worth the trouble.
