lol... No Jerry. Oddly, the wedding is about 20 minutes from my cousin and the hotel is 10 minutes. Cindy wants to be with everyone however.

But, my nephew is coming to us Friday morning. We're picking up my Mother on the way to LI and my sister is going there after work Friday. So they'll all be staying there while we're at the hotel. I don't think there's golf in the forecast this trip, but we'll probably see the family for dinner Friday night.

Back when I was in college one of my buddies was getting married out on Long Island.
This being pre-internet, I had no idea what was good, bod or indifferent among the hotels.
My buddy said his mom would take care of the reservation for us.
It was the only hotel I've ever seen with posted hourly rates. including specials like " the nooner", with and without waterbeds, and porn optional on the cable box.
it was a ...unique ...experience.
