I have a 90 year old woman living in one of my places and she claims her blood pressure is 240+,she always wants to blame me for her blood pressure issues lol, talk about guilt trip.
My Dad is flying up to stay with me for a few weeks so I will be getting things ready and picking him up at the airport Sunday night. I see they are talking about a hurricane hitting Florida or maybe not they don’t seem too sure which is a shock but anyhow I’m hoping it doesn’t and he can get out of there. They are having the summer car show in Saratoga state Park in N.Y. which is one of my favorite shows but the weather isn’t looking good so if the weather changes I’m going to that tomorrow. I’m hoping it does as I missed the spring show they had this year.
Following our recent pattern, we may pick up my sister and brother in law and take them to check out a brewery that is Rick's favorite. After that we aren't sure as far as this evening.
Not much planned for the weekend as of yet, weather not looking promising. Maybe ME next Tuesday, Wed and Thursday. Changed departure by one day due to weather.
Rained all morning so didn’t venture out to car show. Weather looks like it could be bad in Florida for tomorrow night but my Dad’s flight is still scheduled to depart on time so Also hope it doesn’t affect Joey’s travels to Cuba I believe he is heading down on Monday.

I was worried about that storm system but it is passing the north side of Cuba (where we would be staying) ahead of our arrival. We fly out Monday afternoon for Cuba from Toronto. I may be able to see the storm system from my window seat, as we get some great views of the East coast of the US on our way to Cuba. I trust they will fly around the storm , it will be close but we should hit the area just before encountering it, or so I hope. As soon as we get to the Florida coast the plane starts lowering for arrival in Cuba and veers a bit east over the Bahamas to get to Santa Clara airport region in Cuba, about the center of the island on the north zone.

We played in our Friday night golf couples league last night.
The couple we were supposed to be playing with bailed so we were a single couple.
We got there early and jumped the queue.
Format is two person scramble. I haven't been playing a lot so I just concentrated on making good contact and a full release.
Barb was on and having a good night especially with the driver.
We got around in 1:15 for nines holes. We weren't spending 5 minutes per holes looking for stray balls.
We also weren't taking a lot of strokes either.
Our handicap is an 8 for nine, so that card would have registered as a 28.
Yup that's the good news.
Of course we got in the round dry although we did here some thunder while on nine.
I think the rest of the league got drowned. So it probably won't count.
