But those two allow me to put away a lot of stuff cluttering the shop now. Now maybe I can actually switch back to replacing the front calipers and brake lines on the s2k and maybe heading to the track soon! Plus, I have work to do on my and my friends trailers so the shop is clean enough to actually pull in there and work now
My Dad was a union master carpenter. He installed many cabinets in his time and totally remodeled the condo he and my Mom lived in. His work was featured in the Sunday newspaper. His Dad and 2 brothers were also union master carpenters, I learned a lot from all of them.

My dad had one hammer, a standard screw driver, a phillips screw driver, and a hack saw. I learned to let others do wood work from him.

My dad was a jack of all trades. if he didn't know how to do it, he'd learn how.
I learned hating to pay someone something I would probably do better from him.
I have moderated that slightly.
As shocking as it may sound, there are people who know more than I do.

Dads dad was a carpenter and plasterer, dad started in construction and moved to being a mechanic in his early 20's, so I guess that is where I get it.

I added another 24x10 separate addition for a space to do grinding, store engine hosts, etc. The addition cost nearly as much as the original. With a better plan I could have saved money and time.
Ours was a pole barn with no finished internal walls when we bought the house. I have added 2x4 internal walls, rewired it (it has its own separate 200amp service from the house luckily) and insulated all but the ceiling since then. Now adding new cabinets, benches, etc and insulating the ceiling, so it is quite a bit different than when we moved in! I already am scratching my head as to how I managed to store all this crap I have in the previous place!

I was planning on detailing the S and going to the spring car show at Saratoga State Park but with the way I am feeling I think I am going to be spending the weekend on my back blowing my nose and coughing,

I concur.
Tuesday I got hit with a double whammy. I forgot to take my daily meds in the morning ( one of which is an antihistamine) and then we got up to almost 80°.
I was sweating profusely and it was getting my forehead and eyes badly.
I didn't realize it but it triggered my my defenseless eyes to get all puffy and swollen. And yes, my eyes are open during that shot.
3 days later and they are almost back to normal.
