Headed out tomorrow to check out a C-6 Corvette that my friend is interested in. Saturday going to run some errands and then Sunday headed over to have Easter dinner with friends.

Dinner (Italian) with some friends on Saturday. We will finally see some sun this weekend, so we will get out for a bit. Likely not top down, but at least for a ride and a photo op or two. No Easter plans.

Easter with my wife's family on Saturday, and Easter with my family on Sunday. Day off tomorrow to relax and prepare for having to be with family the next few days, lol.

Working today, but for the rest of this weekend I'm moving all the furniture out of my father-in-law's office in town as he's finally retiring at 76. The office is upstairs in an art deco building with a narrow, steep staircase that has a 90 degree bend at top and bottom, and a bonus 90 degree just up from the bottom. The furniture was moved in some time in the early 1980s, and is all "impress the clients" hefty. Undecided whether I'll be injured by a runaway desk punching me out a window near the bottom of the stairs, or I'll tear a back muscle trying to lift the desk before we even get started.

^^^Ugh Matt. I think I hear the phrase “well they obviously got it in here so there has to be a way to get it out” in your future. Godspeed man.

I'll make sure if we manage to get it loaded on the trailer I'll give the tiedowns a quick shake and say "well that's not going anywhere!"

Walking downtown tomorrow to see the Cherry Blossom Kite Festival. Always fun. No big plans for Easter Sunday.

That reminds me of a brother in law who didn't want to pay anyone to move a huge piano. He did, god bless him. And his back was never the same up until the time he died.

Most of those really big impressive desks actually come apart. the top plate and the side supports are separate.
