As soon as I replace the battery in the S (hopefully it will be here today) it is on to replacing the top. Not a job I look forward to

I replaced mine on the MG in 2016 and swapped frames for a better one. It really was a two man job to do right with the stretching and power stapler.

This weekend looks like it'll be rough weather so I might carry on insulating and lining the back wall of the garage building. I'm also working from 22:00 Saturday to 07:00 Sunday, so Sunday will be a write-off.

Have got the old material off. Time to take a rest.

I have decided that if it ever needs another roof and I can't find someone to do it I will either sell the car or junk it! This is too much work for an old guy like me!!

Heading off to Kelleys Island (in Lake Erie) tomorrow to visit my son and his family. They spend a week up there camping every year.

The top can wait!
