Dave, we are so sorry to hear this.

We hope that you can get some relief from the pain.

Oh damn, that would certainly explain the pain, very sorry to hear this Dave. My first guess was that you had a fracture somewhere but I was thinking maybe a hip fracture.

I suspect that may take up to 6 weeks to heal, like other types of fractures ? Maybe increase your calcium uptake in the short term to help, just a guess though. Hopefully the pain will diminish as the healing process moves along. Still better than any surgery I guess. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Wow. I can't leave this place for 24 hours without someone breaking or twisting or otherwise messing up some part of their anatomy.

Dave, hope you get through this with a minimum of discomfort and a maximum of adult beverage. OK...maybe not YOUR maximum.

Sorry to hear Dave. Hopefully its a smooth recovery and the pain to get to the Jim Beam bottle is less than the reward of getting to the bottle.

Side note - I went top 4 in the tournament today.

We were only supposed to get passing flurries yesterday and ended up with a storm all afternoon looks like another 3 or 4 inches. Winter is back.
