Got a coat of wax on the S and polished up the headlight and taillight covers and exhaust tips. Has some chips and a few small scratches but still looks pretty good for 19 years old.

Babysitting gig tomorrow afternoon. It's going to be chilly. Not too bad though...I'll leave it up to them. a walk in the woods, a trip to the playground, pumpkin painting and ice cream...If attention span is short, we may have time for everything.
The children were good. we had time for all the above mentioned activities. The walk in the wooded area worked out well. They enjoyed the grasshoppers and had a couple of big ones in their hands for a photo op. After the walk, and pumpkin painting, and the ice cream and the playground, we had time for one game of "Sorry" before I brought them back to my sister. I enjoyed the afternoon with them.

Tomorrow, the gym, maybe a walk, and a visit to a recently installed Vietnam Memorial Wall.

I hand washed the MG for the first time this entire year and put a coat of polish on it. Plotted out the route for our club's color tour, likely sometime after the 15th of this month. Just need one decent day in mid-60s or higher and a couple days notice to get out my announcement. Certainly too cold for top down today.

I'm going to Cars N' Coffee early tomorrow morning don't think I will be putting the top down. Supposed to get down to 37 degrees.

My friends with convertibles who will be top down will bust my chops a little but they do cut me some slack since I live as they say 'up over the mountain'.

I put the top up yesterday (it had been down for a while) and found another rip. It would bother me if I didn't have a brand new OEM top in the box waiting for me. I filled the rip with black silicone for the time being.

I've got one rip on mine on the r.h. side. Replacing the whole top kind of bugs me because the rest of the top besides the rip looks mint, but don't want to just patch it.

This is my fourth rip not to mention a few pin holes.
