What plans do you have for the coming Weekend ?

Of all the dealers who try to sell rustproofing in areas that don't really need it you would think in salty road Vt a dealer would offer it but mine doesn't. They offer a paint coating only but that is something I can do myself. Without a lift I can't do a proper undercoating myself so I have it done. I used to do my truck myself because I could get under it.
The stuff I have done is www.corrosionfree.com The local independant shop here in town does it.

ah nice. I like that product - Rust Cure. I have used it in small cans on my cars. It goes on thin and can seep nicely into tight spots. then it thickens up and doesn't drip too much after that. I might spray that into the lower door panels and trunk of my WRX and Civic, they tend to be the worst areas for rust and moisture.
I've gotten it done since the car was new so we will see how it holds up as time goes on.

One more event for the weekend…going to stop by my hairdresser’s house for a birthday party for his little daughter. He already has a young son. We have never met either one. COVID put a halt to get togethers and I have not had my hair done since I last saw him more than two years ago. I sent him a pic of how long it is. Think I posted this… Vito is calling me Rapunzel.

Never heard of Rust Cure but I'm going to try it. Just shy of $50 for two 12 oz. cans to my place. So, its not cheap. But, wow, so many great reviews. If I understand correctly it never drys and is supposed to last 18 months. I plan to try it on my F-150 which is starting to show signs of rust at the bottom edges of the body.

Last year I bought a rustproofing kit direct from Woolwax in the US, I got it in a black colour. It is an awesome product, it came with a spray gun and two wands to use for cavity areas, and four quarts of product. I just sold the kit as I sold the old Honda vehicle that I was going to use it on.
