What plans do you have for the coming Weekend ?

We have a Latino festival at our local park on Sat. May stop by that. I like that Arlington celebrates diversity. Had a Pride event there a couple of weeks ago.

Still in COVID jail. Tomorrow I may get out after a retest and Sandy and I can hunt down some live music to take in.

Got some more yardwork done yesterday so now when I look out my windows I'm not seeing weeds. Today I treated the seats in the S and cleaned the interior and also lubed the seat rails. Gave it a wash and did a little detail work on the light covers and exhaust tips and rims so my S looks relatively respectable for our cars n coffee meet tomorrow morning.

Went to the Y for an 80 minute spin class....it's a challenge, but the instructor is very motivating. I was whipped.......for a while.
Took a ride to Marshfield, MA this afternoon. Another community near the water. It's called Marshfield for a reason. Lots of nice scenic marshy areas. Got a two mile walk in.
We've had dinner there previously at a seafood restaurant overlooking the water. Plan on heading back there soon.
Hope to take in some gardens tomorrow and have a late lunch on the road. Need to do some research on restaurants. Weather is perfect so outside seating would be pleasant.

Got in five miles today between the market and again this evening. The weather is so much nicer with lower temps and especially lower humidity.

I had ZERO interest in walking in the heat of the past few weeks. Thankfully, I enjoy exercise at the Y, and so nice to be enjoying a walk today!

Pretty much resting today. My body is acclimating to the environment where we live after being down south for 8 days. This happens to me every time we travel south in summer months. When we are down south we have no aches or stiffness, no allergies, no sinus issues. As soon as we get back home the stiffness in my hands returns immediately, allergies and sinus issues flare up, itchy eyes (ragweed season here now). The difference in humidity and temperature and intensity of the sun plays into it too. It almost feels like you have a touch of the flu, and it takes a bit of time for me to adjust, just resting today and we will go for some walks later tonight.
