Thank you, Deb, Gene and Dave. It's a new beginning with new life lessons learned.

You are getting the locks changed, aren't you? Do you think he will find his way to Colorado sometime in the future?

Yes, locks changed, garage door code changed and six security cameras installed. Today is new internet with the rest on Tuesday. He actually asked me yesterday if I wanted to come have dinner with him at the beach. I cannot stand him. He is 100% a liar and couldn't tell the truth if his life depended on it. He is not at all the person I met four plus years ago. He wouldn't even come to Colorado when I broke my arm. There's no way in hell I'm going to have him in Colorado. I'm done.

The Daytona 500 starts in about 1/2 hour. I don't care who wins. I generally watch some of the start and some of the finish. My biggest impression was walking up the high bank in the early 60s. It really is something when you are there and see how steep it is.

Patty, I must have missed a couple years between "seeing this nice guy" and "good riddance". Glad all is ending well though.

Well I tried not to post about my complaints and I guess I succeeded. We got along fine until he moved into my house which would be 3 years next month. He never asked what he could do he just did it. I was gone for a weekend and while I was at Kennedy Meadows he canceled his storage unit and moved all of his stuff from 20 some years into my house. I lost my spare bedroom that people could stay in and every inch of my garage. That was just the beginning. A year after that he started smoking pot and I don't mean just enjoying some pot I mean becoming the marijuana plant! I did not come up with that but his stepson told me that Ricky does not just smoke marijuana he becomes marijuana. Anybody that smokes all day long every day for 2 years changes a lot. I don't know why I got tired of supporting a pothead in my house who did nothing but play music. Oh wait he said he doesn't "play music" he practices. Big distinction. He told me he was getting his Masters degree in music because he played everyday all day. Didn't matter that he never went to college, at all. Didn't matter that he can't balance his own checkbook. In any case that means no working. And it also means no paying any rent or contributing at all to my home owners expenses. I don't know why I got tired of that.

Patricia, the only advice I can give is to never let yourself settle for anything less than the best you've ever experienced.
