This is for Patty - on our walk earlier this morning, I saw a guy riding an ElliptiGO. First one I have seen here.

I've never seen one either, never heard of one till Patty posted about hers.

Bears and mice. Got a call at 5 minutes to midnight last night at work that there was a bear in the dumpster. I go to 'check it out' and sure enough there is a bear in the dumpster. Rule of thumb is you want to make it known to the bear that they are not welcome generally by making noise, but a bear in the dumpster is kind of like me at a buffet your not going to have much luck getting me to leave until I'm ready.
Easier situation to remedy came later once I was home. Heard a snap from under the kitchen sink and sure enough my trap caught a mouse. Caught one about 4 weeks ago and it had been awhile before that since I have caught any.

Personally I hate carpet protectors. I didn't have a choice at work but at home I do. I've logged over 20 years of carpet rolling at home with no harm to the pile carpet because the rollers on my Rockwell chair are the very best.

The area under my chair was well spent and the carpet was starting to wave when I moved.
It's also 33 years old.

Come on Robb you should have just gone up and kicked it in the ass and said move on.
are M80's still a thing. a few of those might have worked.

I need to find a guy I know who is a real animal lover, he was the one who crawled up to a bear lying next to a dumpster and fed it a jelly sandwich, of course that would not deter the bear.

This weekend, I will be going to Columbus to run the Dash for Donation 5K, to support Lifeline of Ohio, an organ transplant non-profit. My GF is her hospital's coordinator to the organization. My 1st cousin was an organ recipient and donor, over his lifetime.

I'm going to take my bicycle and gear, so after the race, I can hit some the great bike paths/trails in Central Ohio.

This weekend I'll be (hopefully) hand-mixing about 30 bags of concrete and pouring the floor for the small milking shed I'm building for our two cows. No power near the site to run a mixer, and no gas-powered mixers for hire anywhere near here. I expect to be a complete wreck by the time I start work at 23:55 on Sunday night.

Very much looking forward to finishing the shed so we're not hand milking in the rain, this is the worst time of year for us.

This weekend I plan to eat and drink myself into a stupor. I haven’t eaten in 27 hours. Yeah, it’s colonoscopy time again.
Have you had yours recently?
