The family is coming down to the beach to celebrate my 76th birthday Saturday. The actual date is 2/22 but by then we will be in sunny Naples celebrating with our friends at our favorite beach bar.

But seriously, I would have guessed early to mid 60s. You seem to take good care of yourself. All that bike riding probably helps.

Happy Birthday! We are here in Phoenix. The +1 has gone off to pick up his race packet in Apache Junction for the Lost Dutchman half marathon tomorrow AM. Then later today we are having a joint birthday party for my nephew’s wife, older adorable grandniece who is turning five and yours truly at my bro’s house. Feb is a big, big month for birthdays in our families. I still send cards and bought eight.

Today we are going to a model train show in Wilmington. Tomorrow we may take a long ride along the Chesapeake Bay’s north east shoreline.

It's cold outside. Wind chill of about 12. Not much happening. Will be going out to dinner tonight with some friends. Will take the Jeep since it has auto start and when we leave their house, I don't want to get into a cold car.

A bit warmer tomorrow. Maybe I'll think of an outing....
