^In my spa last night.

I'm going to a Cars and Coffee this morning. Haven't been to one this year or in a long time. Cleaned up the S and NSX last night. My back is not happy.

Spent a lovely Sunday afternoon with my GF and granddaughter at the Utica (OH) Ice Cream Festival. Utica is home to Velvet Ice Cream. It's a small festival, with mostly locals. My GF lived in Utica for 27 years and still has a home there (her daughter and g-daughter live there). Ice cream eating contests, water balloon toss, wood plank races, a classic car show and vendors hawking all types of country goods...feels like Americana...

Think I might just take a drive out to Marietta, OH and join a bunch of great people in driving Rt. 26, eating at a bunch of really good restaurants and seeing some covered bridges.

The better half is in Seattle visiting with our son,
so it will be just me and the dog rattling around the house like a pea in a box car.

Not yet. he looked at a manufactured home ~1400 sq ft. he liked the house. "only" $495k.
but the lot was 3700 sq ft, barely bigger than the house.
He's doing the commute vs house balance now.
I always found the longer commute to be less important than getting the nicer house but...

My commute today took me over a red covered bridge. It has a sign on it that states 'one dollar fine for driving faster than a walk on this bridge.'
