Neither of us are fans of wall mounted TVs but you two are used to going to real theaters and looking upward.

Wall mounted TV's are fine but it depends how far back you are and viewing angle.
Ours is more or less eye level across the base of the TV but 14 or so feet away.
So you're not really tilting your head back.

In our last home we had to mount the TV over the fireplace. My wife would watch TV in the study because the TV in the great room was too high and bothered her neck. We don't have a fireplace in our new home so the TV is mounted lower. Much better. But she still watches TV in the study as she claims I can't hear well. I admit it is loud when watching sports or violent shows. Solution is I now use wireless head phones. I can crank up the sound and she can't hear a thing unless I forget to mute the TV sound. They saved our marriage.

I may catch up on some movies this weekend. I have never seen any of the Rocky movies and my frirnds are always telling me you HAVE to watch Rocky. I noticed that I have on demand all the Rocky movies so I may start with the original and see if I can get into it.

^ Yep...he's teaching there - fourth grade. Going OK now. Had a few bumps. He's also coaching basketball which is beneficial for him and the kids, too.
