That smelled awfully spammy. It's gone now though. Carry on...

I'm thinking forward to the weekend on a Wednesday, but I'm not sure what the GF's hospital schedule will look like (2 fellow supervisors quit this week), so there's a chance I may be home alone.

Vito is going up to Baltimore to help his son clear out his apt in prep for his move back to Mississippi. Sun there is a plan for an all-girls cookout at my friend's house. Posh and Sporty are coming with their mother. At least it was all girls before Vito said he might be back in time for that. So five girls and one guy. It will be a surprise. The grandnieces love him to pieces.

Every day is a Saturday, right? Yesterday two of the Y ladies and I got together. Got some steps in while in the little town of Onset (on the water), had a nice lunch overlooking the water.
Onset village
Tonight, dinner with a friend. Saturday grandson is making his confirmation so we have to go to church.
Just confirmed that my nephew in the Syracuse area will be available for a visit next weekend. We will hang out a bit, and give him and his wife a chance to run errands, have dinner, whatever while we watch the cuties.

They just did a little "Mountain Goat Run." Hope they don't want auntie to go jogging with them. Can't wait to see them.

Oh No!! I'll be in Mattapoisett for a baby shower I could be in the blast radius of the massive lightning bolt.

No kidding! It's kind of a joke in a way (at least to Rick and me). They don't go to church, or practice the religion, but like many wanted to give the kids some kind of direction and if one wants to marry in the Catholic Church, you need to be confirmed. It's a racquet I tell ya!!

I bought my first car from a guy in Onset.

my wife and I have not been on any sort of holiday or vacation in 2 years, we haven't even been to a sit down restaurant. We have not done much through this Covid time frame, my wife has been very paranoid about going places. This weekend she agreed to go to a bed and breakfast, so that is the plan. Time to ourselves and dinner at a B and B, a bit away from home. Looking forward to this and hopefully getting back to a somewhat normal life soon. Baby steps.

Damn, I feel for you. That's way over board in my mind but I keep looking for a long time friend to show up at Taco Tuesday at a club we belong to. Have not seen them for a year and half and I understand his wife won't venture out. You are Over Due for a good time. I hope like heck it works out.
