Quiet day for moi. Maybe a grocery run. Woohoo! Vito just left to run 16 miles. He is training for the Marine Corps Marathon on Oct 31. Still looks to be in person this year with precautions. He has not run that distance in quite awhile so a pretty big deal.

Live music this afternoon at Felix's Oyster Bar in Gulfport.

Blackwater Brass, a band out of Ocean Springs, plays all kinds of jazz from fusion to classic to Dixieland with a strong New Orleans influence. Really good band with a great horn section. (Horns put down in this pic for a vocal harmony.) Temporary stage while new stage and outdoor dining area are in the works.

Turn around from our seats and this is the view. Nice day.

Gorgeous view!
Made pretty good time getting home. Some traffic in CT, not too bad. Another nice day for a top down drive.
Glad to be home, safe and sound (Well not sure about sound).... Morgan seems to have missed us.

Had a great time at the car show this afternoon. A Sunbeam Tiger was parked next to my S and it looked to be a pretty original car and it was for sale, very tempting. There were some very impressive all original cars, one was a 61 corvette that looked like it just came out of the showroom and also a 356 90, both cars were impeccable. One of my favorites though was a 70 MGB that was a driver quality car, if I had to choose which car I would take home (not including my S of course) it would be the 63 corvette split window. Some pics are up on Facebook it's, Equinox Village Facebook

Took the S out for a top down drive yesterday did a loop I haven't done in awhile, it's great therapy after having a sh#tty week. Cleaning up around the house today cleaned out the filter on my dishwasher and if the weather holds going to take another top down ride this afternoon.

Robb, any news on the landlord? I hope the children made it in time.

Weekend flew by. We had my sister, brother in law and a friend over for dinner on Friday. Yesterday was a Y day, hung around the house, then I headed out and got lucky with the bald eagle pic. Stayed home last night. Today we dropped Ally's car off for the latest repair. We made a nice afternoon of it. Walked in the woods for about 4 miles (not really a fun walk), headed to a restaurant on the water for a late lunch/early dinner. That was lovely, perfect weather and the sun isn't hot so it's good to feel it on my face. We were about an hour from home. Today's mode of transport the S2000. Top down the whole day.

After work on Saturday Benjamin and I took the C2S out for a drive. He's doing better and better every time we go out. Today, we took the S2000 for a topdown drive. I drove the S today as he is not very proficient on the manual yet.
