What plans do you have for the coming Weekend ?

Seems there will be a Jaguar, BMW, Porsche, Maserati, Miata, and yours truly. Also a couple of what appear to be motorcycles - a Harley and R1200 (which looks to be a BMW with a sidecar?). Will take pics.

Sunday we are off to Lancaster, OH to see my granddaughter play softball. It will be a long day with the drive and a doubleheader game.

Younger adorable and very active grandniece (almost 5) has a soccer game on Sat. Unfortunately, I have the Cars and Coffee. But will plan to make it for another one for sure.

Deb, one of our Jeeping friends, who was in on our Pony Express Trail drive this week, had to drop out, because his freshman soccer scholarship daughter was moved up to start the first game, due to an injury to the upper class-man starter. He had to drive to Missouri instead to attend her game.

I think it is entirely possible grandniece will excel in some kind of sport, be it soccer or whatever. She is a daredevil, jumping off of high bars, etc when she was barely 3. Another pistol in the family.

One more day here in Waynesville, NC. We spent most of the day with my sister and brothers in law. Roamed around the downtown area of Waynesville, lunch at a brewery, then headed to another area to take a little tour in a distillery. What are the odds that the young man who gave us the guided tour lived in our town for a while and his daughter was born while he live in our area. Nice people. Did a little sampling and some flavored moonshine was purchased. It will be Rick's official after snow blowing drink come this winter.
Tomorrow's weather so so. We are on our own. My sister will be headed back to SC. We've been told to check out Hendersonville. There's also another area a bit closer I'd like to visit. Decision depends on weather.
