No Lainey, it's not the COA validation in Yardi. They simply do not have all of the account mapped before going live. I told the implementation manager (second year grad fr OH state who has no hotel acctg experience) that this isn't a good idea going live while the COA isn't stabilized. They provided us with a COA at the end of June, I used index match to rebuild my template from MRI to Yardi COA. Unfortunately, the COA they provided us kept changing. Anyhow, it just a little more complicated because it involves another piece of software that the hotel side use to generated report call Profitsword (which I implement back in 2016 while at corp).

So we checked with the airbnb. There's a 1.5 mile drive from the road to the house that's unpaved. In the S, that's not so fun. It's one thing to drive on dirt or gravel, but the unkown of mud, holes, etc... so I think we're taking her car. Also means she can do a little driving.
Since her office is closed and I'm taking a vacation day, we'll probably head up earlier and maybe have time for something Friday afternoon.
We are heading down to Marietta OH via the Triple Nickel for lunch and head back the same way on Saturday. Hoping to see no traffic. Also doing a brake flush on the C2S Sunday, it's over two years since the last time I did it.
The last 2 years we have had bears on our property during the first week of September so I'm waiting for one or more to come cruising along. Last year we had 2 cubs on the front lawn and a Mama in our field.
