I agree! I turned 175,000 miles on my 03 AP-1 on Friday on my way to check out the Hell Bender route in WV. I put another 791 miles on it this weekend.

I am always amazed when driving in WV that one can drive for miles (even on a weekend) and NOT see another vehicle for miles. FWIIW the Hell Bender loop is fun, IMHO WV has some of the perfect roads for an S-2000. The posted speed limit is 55 MPH but even in an S-2000 that is only possible about twenty-five percent of the time.

Spark plugs replacement on the C2S was a lot easier than I had anticipated. I was done w/in three hours, it does help with the right tool and the quick jack. Next time it will be quicker as this was my first time for this vehicle.

Benjamin's helping with removal of the wheels.

Plugs are behind the top heat shield

Heat shield removed

New coils and plugs are in on the driver side (harder side). Repeat same task on passenger side which is much easier.

Looking at these old plugs, I don't believed the dealer replaced them during the first major service. The green tip usually indicated it was factory installed.

the milwaukee is an awesome impact wrench. although need to be respectful of it, it can snap a bolt as quick as look at it.
with the redlink you can custom set torque though.

I was talking with the owner of a 997 TT and he said it is relatively easy to work on which surprised me. He said if you put it up on jackstands you can get to a lot from underneath.

I watched an interesting show on the History channel about how power tools came about - the focus was on Black & Decker, Milwaukee, and DeWalt. A very interesting show.

An impact wrench is just made for breaking bolts. Anytime my guys in the shop wanted to use an impact I would first ask if they tried removing the bolt with a wrench.
