^^thats what I'm still doing in Maui. Meanwhile back home there are fires north of us, and while that's not a threat, yet, our power may be shut off again this weekend. Just bought replacement stuff for food that was ruined a few weeks ago by a power shutoff. Might lose this stuff as well. At least we turned off water to the house and emptied our ice maker, which leaked on our floor two years ago when the fires were blocks away and melted ice ruined our floors.

I turn off our ice maker and coffee pot every time we leave for a few days.

Turning it off may not be enough. Need to empty it as our ice melted and ran down the front of the fridge, onto the floor.

Not looking good for 18K Marine Corps marathon runners tomorrow...or the 10K runners. Rain from 5AM to noon. Ugh...gonna be a mess. People come from all over the country and the world to run.

I am annoyed the Pats game is at 4.
if they started at 1:00 I could watch teh pats live and record the race.
I don;t want to start watching theh race at 8:00 pm. I'll fall asleep.
