Family time. My brother in law's sister and brother in law are hosting a cook out. My nephew from MD will be joining in the fun and festivities. My SC sister will be with her in-laws, but will be spending more time with us next Mon-Thursday.

Man plans, God laughs...
My sister from SC has been at the ER for 6 hours and counting with abdominal pain. She's had lab work, waiting for an ultrasound. She had a couple very uncomfortable nights. Urgent care sent her to ER. Maybe gall bladder issue? She's not had an issue in the past.
We had cancelled our plans for yesterday AM, she made it to the gathering last night though not feeling great. Cancelled plans for today, not feeling better, so off they went to the ER. Not sure what's next. My other SC brother in law had dinner with us and told us that my sister's husband is ready to cancel the rest of their trip and head home. I get that.....IF she has gall bladder issue and they can get her comfortable, I'm sure she'd prefer being treated by one of the gastro docs that she worked for for many years.
Most disappointing....we will wait and see what transpires.

I'll sound judgmental but I'd rather be treated in MA than SC.

She has connections in SC. It's a gallbladder issue, not sure what will be recommended.
