We work a 9/80.
work week one. mon-thursday 9 hour days. friday work 8 hrs, the first 4 hours make it a 40 hour week. The next 4 hours go to the following week.
work week two. mon-thursday 9 hour days plus the 4 hrs from the previous week make 40. take friday "off" since you already worked 40 hours.

So in 9 days you work 80 hours and you get a free day off....
When commuting those 9 hour days get awfully long.
Somehow working from home they still seem awfully long.

That a strange schedule!

There are several of us here that work a 0/365 schedule!

We like that schedule! Headed out with the camera today, looking for ospreys. Stopped at a herring run the ospreys frequent. There was a gentleman with a camera sitting in a chair. I asked if the ospreys had been around. He said it was a bad day. My response was that it was still better than working! He agreed. We didn't hang around too long. No ospreys swooping in. The gentleman told me there had been eight at once the day before. That must have been cool to see!

When I have had jobs where there were 2 or 3 of us working on a project inevitably someone would come up to us and say it takes 3 of you to do this? My reply would be yeah unfortunately the 4th guy called in sick today.

I didn't think it was legal to carry over hours from one week to another.

I got tired of walking on river rocks to get things out of this cold storage part of the garage. Putting in a paver walkway to make it easier.
