You fall into it . . . if my neighbors looked for me to help I sure would if I had that big boy.

Daughter and Granddaughter are coming to Naples on Thursday for a week. They can’t wait to get away from snow and ice.

The S is getting a new windshield on Monday so I will be stripping out all of the interior trim, electronics and wipers.

Why do you have to strip out the interior and all that to get a new windshield?

It is easier to replace the window plus I need to run some additional wires for my auto dimming mirror

Today was the day, I fired up the S for the first time since last October. Put a charge on the battery, took the tape off the exhaust and air intake, checked the oil and fired it up. It started right up and settled into a nice quiet idle. I was tempted to take it out on the main road since the rains we recently had washed a lot of the salt away but decided I'll wait till they get a bit cleaner. I put 7/10ths of a mile on it driving up and down my street and around the corner and everything worked great. Only issue I had was the radio wouldn't reset. I have the code and have done the rest multiple times over the years but it kept beeping this time after I would enter the third number. I'm not concerned I'll get it eventually. Really pysched to start driving it!

Spectacular day here - warm and sunny. Winds have died down a lot. Cherry blossoms are almost fully out and gorgeous. Looking at them through my binoculars. The Park Service, however, will be restricting access if the crowds get too large around the Tidal Basin, which I expect will happen within about 30 min.

No separate thread for college basketball, so putting this here. Memphis is playing right now for the NIT championship against Mike's school, Mississippi State. The +1's son graduated from Memphis.

I read that the trees in Japan bloomed early this year. Are the Washington trees "on time"?

Correction - peaked today due to warmer weather.
