Last points Autocross of the season... I joined late and wont be able to make any serious contentions for the top spot but I'm gonna enjoy myself -- then look forward to the Honda Day MassTuning Trackfest... I need this weekly seat time.

Thought of it immediately. Very hard to ever get that scene out of my head. Fantastic movie, though.

Big plans! Not. There is a local woman who is a cat rescuer and I told her I would be happy to help with transportation, so on Saturday I will drive to Commerce City (Denver) and pick up cats that are being spayed and neutered, and bring them back to her house. She had two kittens that were available and I looked at them both and didn't take either one. I'm really glad I didn't because October taught me that my three cats need me and I need them. I'm a happy cat lady. When I was in California for a week I really missed them more than ever.

^10-27-2020. Maury and Atticus were so happy to get outside. It had been weeks since I let them out because of the smoke from the Cameron Peak fire and they didn't care about the cold.

^10-29-2020. I was laying on my floor doing crunches and my little Talia was in her heated bed right next to me. Flattering photo of me, I know!

Animals complicate one's lives but the joy they bring makes up for it.

It's true I really thought Thelma would be our last cat. Tired of a litter box, tired of making arrangements if we wanted to take off and most tired of cat puke. However, the presence of an animal makes one smile and it's proven it's healthy to have a pet. Morgan is feisty, but turning into a little love. She follows me around like a puppy dog at times. She has me well trained to play with her and the laser light toy at various times during the day. I can pick her up and pet her now too. Also on the plus side, is she is not a puker. Only once since we got her. On the minus side, she still keeps Rick a paw distance away. Let's him pet her now and again, but she's still uncertain of men. Too bad as she'd have twice the affection if she let him get closer.

We had a cat that didn't want anything to do with me for the first 18 years and then I was her best friend for the 19th. Sometimes it takes a while.

Rick says "Thanks for the encouragement, Dave."

i think it depends on the what the weather does.
Short term plans are to make an access door into the attic area over my office and the great room.
Weird size, 50x29 inches. So I'll build one up and mount it.
Now that I have my table saw I'm invincible.
