Hands vs. gun. Not a good match.

I FINALLY put the new part in the jaccuzi. it worked great.
the place where I spliced teh PVC has a small drip leak.
i realized when i was getting ready to glue it back up that it had a paper label in teh earea I woul dbe glueing.
I tried to scrape it all clean. I obviously failed.

So ordered a new PVC union and run to home despot for another 43¢ splice joint.
i just annoys me that the union takes about 10 days to get.

We had some clouds yesterday so Rick went with his plan to wax the S and the P car. I went to a local park in the AM for a class with a few Y ladies. In the afternoon, I went out with my camera to photograph water lilies. That was about it. I'm probably, make that I'm NOT as fit as I was before Covid and between doing these classes outside in the heat, and attending a couple tougher classes, I'm beat up and tired. Went to bed early last night, woke up VERY achy early this AM, got up and cancelled my "reservation" for a class this AM. I will listen to my body today.

Rick has another project on the S today, so I'm meeting a friend. We will order salads for take out and find a nice spot to have lunch in a little village not too far from her house. We will walk there for exercise.

Just take your time Dave. If you move too fast you will end up with swirls of clean & dirty.

Hurry is not a word in my arsenal any more. Wow, it was amazingly easy and fast to do compared to how I've done in the past with just using the wand. I found by setting up two hoses, one to rinse and one to clean, that it worked really good if I wetted the area to clean first with the rinse hose. Then there was no resistance against the brush and I let the tool do the work by just moving it and overlapping. Neighbor said he paid $60 for it. Well worth it.
