Jim, try not to think about the reception bill and you'll get through it OK.

I was stunned.
I've been hearing stories like that. I have a friend who was back to work in 3 weeks. All my paper work and discussions with the doc say 6 weeks, but maybe that is their conservative answer. I wouldn't mind 6 weeks. Work is no fun, and after 34 years, I deserve a little break.

Take all of the time you can get. Heal and then go back to work.

Hopefully we are going to the OKI Winter Beater Meet in Cincinnati. There is a possible winter storm in the forecast for Friday and Saturday so we will see.

On Monday I fly out to Phoenix for five days. My old employer has asked me to go out there and help with a project.

Going to work is your call. But follow the doc's advice to the letter and push yourself to get back walking and don't let up! Been there, done that.

Motivation won't be an issue. I plan to be back on the motorcycle this spring!

I'm flying from Denver to Phoenix tomorrow afternoon for a three night trip. Ricky is driving to Phoenix from SoCal and picking me up at the airport. The Winter Classic ElliptiGO meet is there and this'll be my fourth one. I'm not going to be able to ride though because my foot is bad again. Boo frick'n hoo! The people are worth the trip though, just like Vintage Spring Flings.

I'm trying to get over pneumonia. I'm taking a sick day today and I'll probably just ride the couch all weekend.

I can recommend a good 100 proof bourbon if that will help; add honey. Seriously, hope you feel good soon.
