Dave, Chris did not go.
The +1 is out running right now for this:
"Strava, the social network for athletes, is encouraging runners from around the globe to help set the World Record for most half marathons run in a single day on Sunday 10th September 2017."

Sorry I couldn't help out. I ran mine yesterday. The name of the race is "Freakin' Fast" is it certainly was. I set 4 PR's- KM, mile, 10K, and half marathon. Still trying to figure out how I missed the 5K.

We are trying to continue our vacation by heading to the Dragon next weekend. After that on to Nebraska.

My wife and I ran the inaugural Greenville 131 half on Saturday. Weather was perfect. Great course on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. We used it as a training run for a full we hope to run next month.

Fri night we are going to the KenCen for a pops concert:
"Get all shook up to the music of Elvis Presley and more golden age rock ’n’ rollers in a rollicking retrospective for the ages! Led by the smooth voice of star crooner Frankie Moreno, who “just may be the second coming of the King” (Where Magazine), this dynamic concert also spotlights the unforgettable dance styles of the ’50s and ’60s with sibling duo Lacey and Benji Schwimmer of Dancing with the Stars and So You Think You Can Dance fame. Along with the King’s greatest hits, this jam-packed program features favorites by Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, Little Richard, Ray Charles, The Beatles, and more with an NSO Pops twist—and shout!"
Sat we see my nephew and family who are just arriving here to live. Yay! Sun AM the +1 is running a half marathon downtown. Sun evening we are seeing the Nats/Dodgers game, which was moved from the afternoon because it's being televised on ESPN.
