Saturday I am meeting someone who wants to buy one of my small boats. If that is successful, then Saturday afternoon, I'm going to look at another boat that is for sale.
Also I'm thinking of buying an industrial condo unit. I may go looking at a couple of those.
Sunday night, my Daughter is hosting a family dinner and my Son will be coming down from NH.

^ What would an industrial condo unit be used for?

Boats and cars. I need a work space I can use in the winter. I wish I could find a residential property that already has such a building on it. Unfortunately, the old barns that were part of the landscape of my childhood are all gone. I'd just build one, but the zoning laws in most Massachusetts towns are quite restrictive on out buildings in residential zones. You need to go for a variance, and there is no guarantee that the town will grant it. Just the opposite.
If Barbara and I ever do buy the step-down house on a big one acre plus lot, I'll give it a try. But I have to be prepared to live with the denial. An industrial condo in the most reasonably priced alternative, and I can always sell it in the future. As I see it, I have money just sitting in accounts doing nothing but going up and down in value. So why not invest in a property I can use and enjoy and still gain some value over time. A building takes longer to liquidate, but it is still an investment that usually yields gains over time.

Gee Bill come out to Bolton. I bet you could build here with out issue.
In fact a quick perusal, how it looks is more important.
it couldn't have a flat industrial, and it can't have boring flat sides.
But... if it looked like a stable... in like Flint.
