The 5K with the nephew and kiddies won't happen. I think it is just too hot (90+ until next Thurs). But we may see them for lunch or something on Sun.

I've actually got a kitchen timer next to me. Set it for 60 minutes to remind me to get up and walk.

So far, better than the first one. They used a different anesthesia this time. I wasn't zonked for days like before. It is also nice to get outside and walk. Couldn't do that in January.

Another great cover band last night - Tusk (Fleetwood Mac). Nephew and family coming over for lunch today. It's very hot, so we will have to be indoors after. There is a party room downstairs in our condo that I hope the girls can play in for awhile.

This weekend is fairly busy...Fri evening we see yet another cover band - Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. Batting 1000 with all the bands we've seen, so hopeful the trend will continue. Have one left right before we leave on our trip - the Eagles. Sun we are going to the Nats/Marlins game. The Nats are not batting 1000 or anywhere close. Will see which team shows up.
