What makes a meet great? Part V

These are from Levi & Karla's Saturday drive. There are many, many more.... those are 'obscured' by a rain spattered windshield taken before a "wiper swipe"
Part 1:
....more to come

....and the rest...
(caught ya, Jerry )
"Homeland Security" checkpoint (at least they didn't make anyone take off their shoes )
Neat drive. Karla made sure we didn't miss a thing, and Levi never let the group get broken up (and a 17 car parade in the wet IS a challenge to keep together).
Thanks again, everyone. We had a great time!

^^^ Thanks, I try my best.
that your pictures are OUTSTANDING! I also agree with the comment that there is the talent (in the eye of the photographer) that weighs into the equation, not just the hard ware. In the same way that a talented driver can drive the wheels off of a bad race car and make it do magic. When most mortals, probably could NOT get a CART or F1 out of the pits and complete one lap without stalling it, spinning out or crashing it. The people with talent, make it look easy.
It was nice meeting you and your brother Jeff.
P.S. I LOVED the picture of my car with the rocks as a back drop during the top down stop along the side of the road. As well as the rushing water "fall calendar quality" shot at the ski lift.

Like I said in my previous quote the people with talent make it look easy. Of course you realize that I am "hinting" that you make YOUR wonderful slide show presentations look as though they are a "snap" to do. HINT, HINT!
As we have discussed before, I know that you are sensitive to copyright infringement when selecting your background music. But, I would be willing to head up the Vintage fund raising committee to see if we could raise enough money to use the music to back up the photo's of Jerry singing "Girls Just Want to Have Fun"
It was nice to meet your "daughter" Michele (I won't tell Carol) But it appears that she is handy with a camera as well from some of the right seat photos taken on the drive. Hopefully by SF06 Michele and her hubby can come up with an S of their own and join you, Carol and the rest of us at SF06.

I can't express how much fun I had. But I'll try:
Breakfast at Still Bay, Free (Included in the room charge)
A cool tee shirt - $15
A BIG bottle of Scotch - $40
A new front spoiler - $500
Laughing till you cry with your friends - PRICELESS
