Lainey/Rick,
You would go to edit the Avatar and download it from your computer.
So, you need to have it saved on your computer first.
You may also need to make it smaller since I believe Avatars are limited in the
size of the file.
EDIT: I tried and couldn't. I think it is too big. An Avatar can only be up to 15K and the orig. was over 100K
Try this one.

[QUOTE=Kyras,Oct 12 2005, 10:54 AM] [SIZE=6]I have a few more pictures from Saturday.
[
Most people came back too late to get ready for dinner and go to Jerry's brother's place.

Matt,
I'm not trying to be funny, nor is this a question of left field or right field. I really don't know what the point of your post was. You mention 5 possible outcomes, outcomes to what? I'm just asking that you clarify where you are going with this post.
If you are suggesting that we alternate the locations, that is nothing new, and it is what many of us have been saying. I don't think you'd find very many people who are against that. As a matter of fact, that is one of the reasons the Vintage Gathering was held in Lake George. It is also, to the best of my knowledge why the Spring Fling is in upstate NY in '06 and sw VA in '07.
I just can't figure out what your 5 points mean. Each one seems to be saying something completely different from the others.

Trust me: matt_inva and Ralper did NOT have any of these great discussions on a face-to-face basis! They can ONLY happen in on-line dialogue
I just read it again....and burst out laughing a second time

I really like the pictures of the candids. Especially at the karoke and restaurant... I like the captions of people's names and forum name. When I see you at sprint fling, I'll remember the names!

At the end, I'll tell you about OUR "drives from H*LL" on Sunday afternoon and Tuesday all day.....
