I don't even bother to worry about it. On my work laptop, I use Internet Explorer 11. IE 11 gives me compatibility with legacy software we use and our IT group frowns on adding other browsers so IE11 it is. My Android tablet runs Chrome as the browser, it works well and is pretty much the Android default so I use it. My iphone runs Safari as the browser because, well, Apple. That is all.

I'm staying with Chrome on my PC, and am stuck with Safari on my iPad and iPhone, apparently.
Thanks for the link, Dave.

Chrome is number one in the market for a reason.

I have to use Internet Exploder for one thing: connecting to a work web page that lets me launch a VPN to the work network. That functionality doesn't work with any other browser, including Edge.

Firefox. have never been a fan of IE. I'm comfortable with Firefox and don't like constant changes....old dog and all that.

I use Chrome. The only downside is knowing that one of Googles biggest reasons for existing is collection user data ... they have WAY too much data on us and the more you read about them, the scarier that gets. That actually has made me think about if I want to use Chrome any longer, but still am. Everyone sells your data these days, but Google just has a lot more of it to piece together about people. Also makes them one of the biggest hack targets on earth.

I of course use Safari on my phone since it is an apple device ... not a big fan of it really, but it works I guess.
