Default Welcome to Zacksdad2/Scott

Zacksdad2 has sent a message requesting the coveted Vintage Badge. I have bestowed the badge upon him and would like for everyone to formally welcome him here.

I know he's already done some posting and hope he will continue to do so. Maybe you southern folks can talk him into attending the Georgia Geezer Gala!!

Scott's+ 1 is Danae and he lives in Zephyrhills, FL His first car was a 1966 VW Beetle.

Welcome, Scott!

Well they're definitely more than welcome.

Welcome Scott, look forward to meeting you at some local events, or even the GGG. Home of the mystery car

Levi
My first S was obtained in November of 2004. My bride & I saw it on EBAY and flew up to Trenton, NJ to pick it up. It was the 1st time that I had seen a supercharged S for sale with the right color and mods so I made a cash offer apart from the auction gig and they accepted. We got it with 5800 miles and just recently had to let her go to the salvage yard with 27,010 after 20 months of ownership. We had a little mishap up in Asheville NC ..............

But, after 1 day of indecision, my mind was made up to get another one. We had always loved the new Laguna Blue from the moment we saw it in person (the pics do not capture the emotion of this color...). Hence, two weeks to the day after the accident, we got a new 2006 delivered to our door. Just 6 weeks now, had 200 miles on her when we got her, now up to about 1050. Just tinted the windows and having the clear bra installed this coming Friday.

Only mods I'm doing to this one will be a cold air intake just as soon as sonebody makes for the '06 and I am going to install my Fujitsubo Exhaust on this car once I fugure out where the new "bends" in the pipe have to be configured. Also might put the Bass Shakers back up under the seat.

Man, you got that right !! Our little town here goes from about 12,000 full time residents to 85,000 from Nov-April. By far, the majority have Michigan plates. We are only 12 miles east of I-75, easy on-easy off............
